That is a true fixer-upper, but it would be an eye catching classic restored. It's cool that they have the original sales brochure.Originally posted by philwsailz View PostNow guys, here is another I am looking at for a total gut and rebuild...

When you say gut...what do you salvage on something like that...looks like it should be burned!

Take it to its bones, replace its bones, and then totally build a brand new interior...Originally posted by Guapo View PostThat's cool that they have the old promotional literature!

Basically remove the skin, rebuild the skeleton, and then put the skin, (or new skin) back onIt's not an optical illusion.

Yep...they sent grip tape with it which will cover all but the middle "stripe" that says Integrity. I guess and option would be to get some clear grip tape like Jeffe is talking about doing.Originally posted by thtrog View PostNICE, will you have to cover the top graphics?
It's a really nice board...now we just need to figure out how to ride it

I see, didn't know if it had some type of grip surface. You can ride it - it's as easy as getting up on wake or surf board. My son about got knocked out on a skate a couple summers ago. He had learned to go wake-to-wake and decided to try a wtw 180. When he landed it popped up and nailed him on the cheek bone, but luckily didn't take out any teeth or break his nose.Originally posted by Guapo View PostYep...they sent grip tape with it which will cover all but the middle "stripe" that says Integrity.
