I know. But he rode at 60' all last year and he wanted to ride at 65' this year. But then I had to bring him back to 60 with the Axis. That wake is a lot wider than my old Tige... then finally at the end of the day yesterday he was at 55 to get that TS down.

The Axis wake is wide! I rode between 65-75 but usually hit 70'. Anytime I was doing something new I camein to 65. He will get it and bump back out. He already got past the hardestpartof toeside and that is the mindf*ck of trying it and committing!!! I feel awkward still when I charge toeside.

I'm starting to wonder if it's really the wake is wider or is it the tow point distance or a combo of both. Is there a standard tow point distance from the transom?
