The closest lake is 25 minutes away, but it's on a Indian reservation. The only lake we have close by that has houses on it is Tahoe.

When we bought our house three years ago this month. I didn't think it could have gone any lower..... HAHAHA! I was wrong. My same floor plan sold in the earlier division for $415k. We paid less than half of that, and our house has dropped about another $30k in value since we bought it.
