The other one they worry about here are quagga mussels, don't know if that is spelled right.

We have to deal with the Zebra Mussels out here. The semi private lake we go to requires you to be sprayed with 120+ degree water then sit in quarantine for 11-15 days. The only 2 ways to kill them are really hot water or keeping them out of the water for ~2 weeks. So our lake makes you do both.

After you have been checked out the tahoe rangers put a thing on your boat so that way if you launch somewhere other than Tahoe you have to pay to get inspected again.
