I have had this little area that is bad but wondered if there is something that I can do to stop it or fix it without having to redo the entire seat. This is the back rest of the middle back seat.

Call WWS and ask who their vinyl repair person is. That will be an easy fix for them. There was a weird hole in the vinyl of my boat that happened when it was on display at the boat show and they repaired it and I can't even tell where it was.

I believe your switch lights should work as you indicated. Checked mine this am and that's how my factory switchs work. Since I do not know what corresponding number go to each terminal I can't help much however if one switch is not working then the wire must be off that switches terminal or the switch is bad.
