Then, yes. Get you a y-harness and never think about it again. I have towed a 42 foot houseboat with mine.Originally posted by jhreisdorf View Postfrom the pics ive seen yes they are.

PM WA and he will tell you.Originally posted by jhreisdorf View PostJESUS! and all i wanna know is if a needa buy/ make a Y to tow other boats with if i need to! That way when i get that call from my 2 neighbors and their mastercraft x stars that theyve broken down in the middle of the lake or just get scared of the tower shake and cant ride anymore i just know WHERE IM SUPPOSED TO TOW THEM HOME FROM THE PYLON, TOWER, OR THE FREAKIN EYELITS.
gooooddamn, skippa i was hoping the tubing discussion would die when you posted those links... sorry i know
but throw me a bone, im new, i get the boat NEXT WEEK and just have a question
I know that I have and will use the pylon. If it breaks I will report. Others have even used the tower. IMHO you are safe with either one.

hahaha, you actually need to tow the other boat backwards to their D rings to keep the ropes parallel
the tower... thats kind of nutty... i could see a pylon though, a 300 lb skiier destroying a course must put thousands of pounds of pressure on the line.

Sometimes you have to come to this thread to get real info with no B.S.Originally posted by jhreisdorf View Postyes in regards to dealer, its too bad because thats our closes dealer, the tige dealerships here keep trading off between tige and nautique. shame theyre 3 hours away, but they have great service.
WELL then ill have no problem towing around a pair of MC's. thanks for the clear cut info.
Maybe a little B.S.

Tie it to there bow hook. Oh wait, that might not be strong enough. Something needs to be engineered for the front in case you have to be towed.Originally posted by jhreisdorf View Posthahaha, you actually need to tow the other boat backwards to their D rings to keep the ropes parallel

I've pulled boats with my seadoo on a single ring. Some things just require common sense....

My tige vapor locked and I held a handle while sitting in bow while another boat towed us. We just went around the cove to our pier about 10 minutes....as he pulled away I tried it and it started.Originally posted by ajholt7 View PostTie it to there bow hook.
