What's up with the bilge?

The light does not come on the switch. I do not think that the bilge ever came on. I have three wires on the + terminal one is the bilge and on the - I only have two.

I did find when I was putting them in that the + bilge has inline fuse and the cap is gone. I cleaned the connection and replaced the fuse.

Washed the car on sat, rain this morning going to work , just wiped it down with babes! Looks good, smooth, and smells nice too!

The light for my bilge compartment comes on when I turn on the courtesy lights, and/or when I hit my sarcasm switch, not when hit the bilge pump switch.
