Was the $1000 for winter storage? I am guessing you have to winterize, was it done before hand or is that part of why it was there?

Well, I had asked them to winterize it, also. But it really isn't needed now.

Ding, have you at least seen it? Does it have a for sale sign on it? If it was me I think I would be climbing the walls nervous.

Yeah, I was there last time about three weeks ago. It was fine. But I sent him an e-mail a week ago, asking for an update, and he hasn't bothered to respond.

I have to admit he has some big balls to admit to the reason.

I think that is typical. One is usually lower than the other, too.
