I dont think I could afford that caliber of work he does. I just rig mine in the best I know how. And if I get stuck, I call him But I try to buy threw him when I can if that counts

I made sure the place had cameras. And they have a gate that you have to have a code to get in. So if anybody messed with anything, it'd likely be another unit owner. I just hope the thermostat opened when I winterized it. Its hard to say since my temp gauge doesnt work. I ran 3 or 4 gallons of antifreeze thru it which took about 2 or 3 minutes. Surely it opened.
