I assume its with out the engine running. Since speakers on all the amp are exhibiting noise, its from the source unit. Try a different mode like tuner, CD, USB, etc. Try the WS-420 AUX and bypass the head-unit. If the this is what yur doing and the noise is present, then go to the head-unit and not the WS-420 AUX.
