From my readings, the XMD3 is wider than my new CMD6, so the screw holes on the sides of the radio will be showing. I wndr, if I made a acrylic ring with Leds on the inside, like the amp rings, if that would hide the holes, and match everything else Ive done

I'm probably wrong but I thought the transom remote just needed a little hole going thru the transom???
