I thought I was doing the right thing by raising my kids in the country where they have room to grow and play. I agree with you here too. Why it's kind of a tough decision. We've been discussing it for a few years but only seriously over the last 6 months or so.

I live in the country and love the open space but I too lately have thought similar to you. However I am looking for lakefront urban with a big enough garage for my toys.

Exactly. Although when the housing market really takes off again I stand to not make near as much in the suburbs as I would where I am now.

Five I only live about 5 miles from the Tumbleweed. The town has now gotten to me and I am ready to move.

Actually I own a nice place in the country close to town. I also have 160 acres with a farm house and farm stead and also another 120 acres. When I cash out I think I will be able to find lake frontv and still have some change left. That's if the gov. does not get it all in taxes.
