Surfing is a lot of fun. I enjoy both. Surfing just hurts a lot less on a fall and you can go all day and not be totally ragged.

You will be "that guy" then. You don't just jump on and take off on them. It takes a few try's and you drink a LOT of water on your first day out.

Man it all depends on how comfortable you feel. I would try a backroll before a tantrum if I was you. How fast do you ride? What length rope?
