Bear Lake, where I had our family reunion and has the super clear water, used to be way low. It is a fault lake and on the west side it is a very gradual decline. You could always see trucks out launching boats because they didn't want to pay for the state park marina or pay a tractor to take them out and the tucks would be stuck, water up to about the bench in a truck and then other trucks stuck trying to pull them out.Comment
