Boatmate 2004 steel trailer rusting at crosmembers

How bad does this look? The first is the middle crossmember rusted out in the bottom. About a nickel sized hole, the rear crossmember is the last two pics, and the one in most concerned about.

one from the bottom and one from behind. The rest of the trailer seems to be in pretty good shape. The crossmembers are welded directly to the main frame. The crossmembers are solid all the until the last couple inches before the holes.

Is this worth repairing? I assume the rear one is bad enough that I just can’t ignore it right? I hope to get 2-3 more years before selling my boat, but buying a new trailer will be rough getting my investment back on with a 2004 boat.IMG_7918.jpgIMG_7916.jpgIMG_7911.jpg

I'd say invest in a cheap trailer. personally wouldn't care how cheap the boat was if I came to look at it used I'd automatically factor in 5k for a new one and dealer is going to do the same if you trade it in.
