I recently installed two new brake calipers on my trailer. One of them is dragging on the rotor while the other one is not dragging. I determined this by jacking the one side of the trailer up and rotating the wheel by hand. There is a lot of drag on the passenger side. I did the same to the driver side to compare and there is no drag.
I made sure that the brakes actuator was fully released as the slide was all the way forward.
I don’t know much about surge breaks. Any ideas on things I can try to make sure it’s working properly?
