    Boatmate Parts...HELP

I have contacted Boatmate 4 times in the last week. Call pretty much goes to a voicemail of the department you asked for. They tell you they will call you back...They have not!!!!

One of my Brake Pads broke. I need to replace them. There is a set on their website but they do not look like mine. I was at O'Reilly's and they could not find the part in their system.

Anyone know a part number or what pads fit that I could get ASAP from an autoparts store.

Hey, so I felt bad this sat here and I will admit I do NOT have this trailer. That being said, I was surfing around the boatmate page, and I saw this for the disk brake hubs in the manual:

All replacement parts can be purchased from the trailer manufacturer or UNIQUE FUNCTIONAL PRODUCTS. Replacement pads, pistons and dust boots can also be purchased from auto part stores: YEAR MODEL 1997-2000 Kia Sephia NOTE: Use only organic, non-metallic pads. Metallic pads will rust and depreciate rotor surface

So maybe take the brake pad to the store and ask for that car's brake pads and see if they line up would be my next step. Boatmate complaints on this forum are on an uptick...

Boatmate was of no help at all to me when I needed a new hub assembly sent out asap. Pacific trailers should have what you need in stock. They sent out my hub assembly in 2 days and I received it before the weekend it was needed.

I had to chargeback boatmate due to them not answering any of my emails or calls. Funnily enough Boatmate did eventually ship the part without my knowledge, after I had initiated the chargeback. They didn't contact my CC company within the 6 weeks required, so I won the chargeback and now have another hub assembly. I'll let it sit until next spring, if I don't hear anything back by then its going on my trailer lol.

I'm not sure what is going on at boatmate, but it's a mess.
