That's great. If that's the price, that is alot better than I got over a 3 year period, continually repairing my 1999 2100V. I'm trying to remember, but I think it was $375 for the upper corner back piece. Around $800 for various split seams on 3 or 4 cushions. Spent another couple hundred on the front bow seat cracked underboard, and some rear storage lid split seams from kids walking on the sun platform. All total for just that from 2003-2005: I'm thinking $1375.Originally posted by illiniboarder88 View PostI'm going to be around $1200 for an entirely new interior

Going with the prices I was charged, (although looks like after reading this post, maybe not quite as much):Originally posted by Sheboudiac View PostThere's got to be a Tige dealer somewhere on the portal. What's a ballpark estimate for this kind of damage?
The three back pieces (remove, full repair, install): 375 ea = $1125 total
Drivers seat: 100 for back and 100 for seat: $200 total
Est: $1325. I did not see any other damage from the photo.

I think you made the right decision. Different dye lots on the vinyl will give you a different appearence. Manufacturers also discontinue and introduce new vinyls and you would run the risk of not having it all match. That has happened to me when I only wanted to replace one cushion, the material was discontinued.

Laser is right... It could come out looking like an AIDS quilt if you did do the whole thing...Originally posted by laserfish View PostI think you made the right decision. Ok, my quote came to $3800 for the entire interior. I'm going with an upgraded vinyl.
I'm not doing the driver's seat because that's getting the VisionAir seat:

I'm also getting rid of the seams in the seat cushions because they wear out very quickly with people getting in and out of my boat (sorry, illini, I boosted your pic).Attached FilesCursed by a fortune cookie: "Your principles mean more to you than any money or success."

Ok, so we decided to have the bottom part of the seatback be white and the remaining top section mushroom. I used paint to crudely fill in what part would be white. I'm also going with a white/beige Vision Air chair.

I would recommend using a local shop. If you can even get the old skins they will only last you one season. I replaced all my 2001 21V lower seat cushions with factory skins. They were total crap, Ripped on the seam after less than one season. Took it to a local shop and they recomended removing the seam. They recomend replacing the two peice foam with a single piece of new foam. Cost is 300 for the two large side seat, cooler cover and long side seat and 150 for the center seat and one behind the driver seat

I just decided I wanted it all to match. Who knows if it was a good decision. we'll see
