That's what we've been trying to tell you. In a sue-happy environment, you really have to be careful. We had one guy on here trying to get Tige to reimburse him for the boat because of an issue that several dealers and Tige offered to take care of.

dogbert you and a few others had the right tact on how to deal with this issue. As I said it appears the dealer I bought the boat from and Tige have unofficially said what I posted about what you can use the tower and pylon for and what seem like practical limits. Thanks

Bought a 20V Nov 10

And like others it will be 4-5 months before I can use My new (now old) 2007 Tige. Heck maybe the bugs in my trailer will be worked out by then.

They now have to lower the bunks 3" and I will need a 10 inch drop down hitch to get into my 7 yo garage. 14' ceiling and 82 1/2" door opening height.

They also need to fix the folding tongue. Big Fubar.

I gave them the right length but did not realize height was an issue. My previous boat had plenty of clearance but no folding tower which caused a 4 inch issue because of the front pivot points. My bad.

5 months is sure gonna be a long time to wait to pickup boat and maybe have some tower speakers added. Is fairly well set up with exception to tower speaks.

Until I try the wakes I am holding off of ballast bags. Maybe next year

Sorry to say you will have trouble getting them out of a wad. Never wear the darn things. Too much chaffing.

Do any manufactures state in writing that it's ok to pull multiple riders from pylons and towers?

I thinks this is just a lot of legal mumbo jumbo as stated earlier. I haven't seen a pylon fail, nor here of one first hand (either dealer or owner) just the usual friend of a friend's uncle' mother's son knows a gel-coat guy kinda thing.

I have, and will continue to use my boat in the manor that I bought it for. If it breaks, I guess Charlie and I will sit down and come up with a solution.

No reinforcement to the stringers on mine, just thru-bolted to the fiber glass/gel-coat cross member.
