Has anyone experienced a complete metal failure, where your tower has fallen without warning? Maybe while towing a wake boarder? The metal around the dog handles ripped like a piece of paper. Almost identical rips on both sides of the tower.

Also, please comment on your boat's history (ie. yours from new?), and what type of lake and wave action it's life has seen.
I have the alpha Z tower and use mine on a large lake (10x5mi) which kicks up a lot. I rarely can go very fast because of the pounding the boat would see and the tower weight plus Rev10s is a lot of mass up there.Comment
