Improving in poker often requires more than just playing a lot of hands. At some point I realized that real progress comes from analyzing data and understanding where mistakes happen most often. To do that, I tried https://baseanalise.com/, a service that focuses on advanced analysis of poker hand databases. After uploading my data, their team went through thousands of hands and identified patterns that were costing me expected value. One of the most useful aspects was the explanation of population tendencies. They showed how many players at my limits make similar mistakes and how those tendencies can be exploited. The report also included specific recommendations for improving both preflop and postflop decisions. Instead of vague advice, I received practical strategies that could be applied immediately at the tables. Another thing I appreciated was the structured format of the feedback. Everything was clearly explained, making it easy to understand which parts of my game required the most attention. After studying the analysis and applying some adjustments, I noticed that my decision-making became much more consistent during sessions.
