Thanks...It was a lot a fun doing the ballast install and the tons of help on the site made it easy. Benj does have a goal to ride the PWT; he's 15 so hopefully he stays well and has the chance one day.

It looks like I may be resurrecting an old thread... hopefully some of those who posted on here still visit the site. Two quick questions - 1) Has anyone installed the gator grip pads as displayed? 2) Jake, how do you like the PVC set up for your boat cover? I thought that was a GREAT idea, and I'm thinking about doing it for ours... and lastly, just to follow everyone else's lead - here's a pic of our '04

I have heard that the gator grip is not available anymore. I only know of 2 sources for the foam pad.

You can still get Gator Grip. Go to www.wakejunky.com. They sell it there in large rolls that you can trim to fit. Cuts easily with an exacto knife along the bottom side.

We have owned our 2005 22i since we bought it new 8 years ago.

To me the 22i still looks good even after all those years.

I put some new graphics on. Just Normal 3M vinyl. I still need to replace the TIGE at the back of the boat with solid black.
