2014 z3 taps and touch screen

Just got this boat... 1st day I did nothing but set up for surfing. Today I was trying to set up for wakeboarding. Even though I was set to 22mph boat wouldn’t go over 12mph. I did a reset by turning the boat over 5 times.... which worked for a little while. But now same thing can’t go faster then 12mph... thoughts?

Can you post a pic of the screen next time it happens? How are you adjusting the speed settings, through the presets or manually?
