couple of questions-pss rebuild and boat cover

The pss dripless continues to leak even after adjustment so I'm thinking I need a rebuild kit but can't find one. Also the stock cover on my 22i is about shot, who do you recommend for replacement.

Not sure which one you need? Maybe it's one of these?

What up Allen?! How is that demo noard treating your guys? Also, did you replace your Shaftseal to a dripless one?

Your shaft is 1 1/8" diameter so you would just need to know the diameter of the shaft log.

Yes I replaced the old packing material with a pss system in 2010. Here is the thread that I started from.

It's a bummer the pictures aren't there anymore. They were really helpful.
Here is the thread I posted the finished product.

Just talked to Kenneth at PYI and ordered a PSS maintenance kit for $85. He said they only put one size on the Tige and it's part #07-118-134R. Any body on the new cover?
