I took mine off this past weekend to repair a little ding, I took off cotter pin and nut and used a dead blow mallet and hit the back of the prop a few times and it popped right off

Try placing a 1 1/4 inch open inch wrench on the shaft behind the prop hub . Strike the wrench with a hammer . Don't completely remove the nut so the prop won't go flying when it does pop off. Also use some WD-40 30 minutes befor.
