1999 2200i - Pull Transmission

Pulled the transmission, rebuilt, installed it. Stupid transmission was setup for a right hand engine. Pulled it back off, corrected the pump rotation setup, installed again. Life is good! thanks everyone for their help.

No way!!!! That musta been a relief to see the pump set up for rh when it came off... wow

i didnt know the difference before but i could see it was just spinning away, then i called the guys who rebuilt it and he told me how to correct the problem. They swear that is the way they received it. Hard to beleive but I couldnt argue either way because i didnt confirm before sent it off nor did i get to water test. I bought it knowing there was a transmission problem. Oh well. Its a releif to know thats taken care of.
