I have an '02 22iR with 350 mag 315 hp and stock 13 x 13 4 blade prop. With 800 lb.s of lead [60,40 towards the rear] and a few riders in the boat, I experience a lot prop slippage and cavitation.Any suggestions on a better prop size and or settup would be greatly appreciated.

Try giving ACME propellers a call 1-888-661-ACME.

They will probably set you up with a three blade. They will ask you all the questions to dial it in for your needs. You should know the RPM at wide open throttle (WOT).
