Purge air out of fuel line?

    Hello all,
I replaced the rudder in my 1998 PRE2100WT, which requires fuel tank removal and reinstall. New rudder and fuel tank are installed and I'm ready to fill the tank back up with fuel and check everything out.
Any advice on purging the air out of the fuel line? The fuel tank was stored inside while removed and I hose clamped a bolt inside the fuel line. I was wondering if there was an effective way to purge the fuel line prior to starting it up? I was thinking of adding fresh fuel and a bottle of HEET, and alternating energizing the fuel system followed by removing fuel water filter and replacing with fresh fuel there.
Any advice on best practice on recommissioning fuel tank is appreciated. Engine is a Merc 350Mag MPI.

Just fill the tank with non ethanol fuel and cycle the key switch and let the fuel pump do the work.
