If you speakers have the 4-way Speakon connectors, then get a car alarm with "door open" inputs. Run a pair of 22ga wire up the tower to the plug. inside the can wire from -2 to +2. When the speaker is plugged up, you have a closed circuit, if the speaker is unplugged or the harness is cut, the alarm sees an open circuit, like a door opening, and sounds off.
