I used to pull from my glove box cover - but it finally broke with a 3rd tube. Lousy piece of chinese crap.

Actually, I have the over-engineered pylon that can tow a cruise liner if needed.

Hasn't anyone ... sat down square on that pylon (by accident that is)? It just seems so ... in the way. I have bounced off of several retractable pylons before and that hurt enough ... I do not want to replicate the feat on the pansy pylon of doom.

We have an O'Brien Super Screamer. It's the second one we owned. The first one finally gave up the ghost, but for a while we had two. It was fun watching dueling tubes. It's a 2-3 person tube.

We have a Super Mable 3 person. It's so dam big we RARELY bring it. Used it once this year. There is such a thing as "too big"

We rarely use the Super Screamer. When we do, we use it and drop it at the dock. I refuse to take it on longer trips up the river because it gets in the way.

So only ONE person is admitting to pulling from the tower? I know there is more. My tower is SUPER strong, and we don't pull adults. I would prob use the pylon for more weight. Even though my tower is stronger, I would rather cause a prob with my pylon. The thing with the tower, my tower is very tall and it just pulls them out of the water, even on small bounces. Also, when I pull from the tower, I have tried, I CAN'T submarine. The towers just keeps the bow up.

So I didn't want to post that without proving my point. I video taped last time we used the tube, only 2 times this summer. So I just threw some video together to show. The first part of video, is little guys. I had the speedset set at 16 mph. Even at that speed, we hit some rollers (my own) and with the tower pulling up, and resonance, they got a good launch. The next part is my 13 yr old son RJ and a family friend who is 12. They were taunting me and I gave them a bit of a ride. Still safe, but in the 20s.
