I agree on the wake. I don't want him to get the X-45 because I know that I will end up wanting to take my boat always because I won't be able to stand boarding behind his. Hopefully with a little ballast here and a little trim tab there, the wake can be pretty friendly.Be excellent to one another.

I've haven't made one mention of the 247, this entire thread.Originally posted by Timmy! View Post
Shoot, it's a no brainer then - go for the X-45 because clearly a table is the most important feature on wakeboat!
HAHAHAHA! Or do what turbonine did and buy a Malibu...
247 vs RZ4 vs X-45. Now that could be interesting.

This is a smoking deal on a 22ve. I actually looked at this one personnally but the owner wouldn't come down on the price. Now I hear she would have taken my lowball price if only I'd have waited a few more weeks. Anyway, check it out. It's a great boat, really clean.

Maybe I just got good deals on my new boats, but 50k for an 06 22VE does not seem that great of a deal to me. It's a nice boat and aside from the "bling" wheels she has, I bought the same boat in 06 for less money......and only payed a tiny bit more for my 07 24VE in 07.Originally posted by malarson View PostThis is a smoking deal on a 22ve. NADA priced that boat out from 41k to 47k, and I'd lean more towards the 41k in this economy. Da.Bell is only asking 54k for his 06 24VE and that includes an extended warranty. I highly doubt that she will get anything close to 50k for her boat, then again what do I know

That is a little high IMO. I am selling my 24Ve for $54,900 with the extended warranty.Originally posted by malarson View PostThis is a smoking deal on a 22ve. No Timmy, I did not. That being said, I will still contest that it is still overpriced in this market. You are correct that these things tend to be regional, but I will also argue that the West Coast tends to be a good forecast for what is to come your way........ie.....that boat is overpricedOriginally posted by Timmy! View Post$50k would be a decent deal here in Colorado. I think it depends on your market... When you priced it out on NADA, did you include the trailer? Trailer's are separate and would add $3,500 - $4,000 to the price.
50k with all the lifejackets, tubes, wakeboards and ropes and perhaps if she wasn't "eager" to sell, I could see the 50k price tag. Someone that is desperate should have jumped all over that 45k offer, b/c that is a VERY fair price for that boat. there are a lot of 06 24VE for thousands less than her boat.

Who wants to drive that far?
