Did you have an issue with Capital? Several of us have also had issues, but they recently had a change of management, that seemed to have been for the better. What happened?

CWS has had a turn around of personnel. IMO, I think they are getting better but this is coming from ragboy and tigeblue's comments. I have never had an issue with CWS for the past 2 years.
