You can find us at Buttercup Valley in the Imperial Sand Dunes just west of Yuma in California.





Dune season starts on Halloween.

We use to be pretty good beach bums, but living in Wy has hindered our trips to the fun in the sun and playing in the waves, But we have been able to get back in to riding horses at grandpa's and started going back to the dunes again-- something I haven't done since I was 15-- I think the dunes have gotten bigger Or my husband just makes me follow him--which gets me into trouble I have rolled that stupid Outlaw 525 TWICE resulting in some impressive brusing all up and down my legs and a nice scratch on my helmet!! I get a lot of gentle loving advise.... like "GET YOU'RE A@#@ on THE OTHER SIDE OF THE MACHINE!!!" ahhh I love him...
the kids love the dunes, the boat, but playing princess still may be at the top of the list

Oh and I stll compete in Karate tournaments
and Hubby loves his KTM Baja trip every March

I wear boots when im on the track but like woods and stuff im not doing too much so i just wear shoes.

I was 14 and said the same thing. (I will just wear Jeans I am taking it easy) even though I had all the racing gear because I raced intermediate class Now I have a fake née cap. I should have wore my gear and I would have been fine.

I have the same boots as Tigeduner!

I always wear all the gear all the time. The wind is picking up here. I may have to turn to the dirt bike sooner than anticipated.
