That's incredibly warm for Lake Austin. Usually it's 60 degrees in the middle of the summer. The water comes from a dam where the water's 200+' deep on the other side. All the cold water flows into Lake Austin from Lake Travis. Floods forced the release of so much water this year that the water in Lake Travis is in the high 70s at all depths.Originally posted by chpthril View PostIs that cool for you guys?
