I have heard about this party before. I do not know if that would be a good party as people begin to get drunk. It could get real ugly. just an FYI the CHP California Highway Patrol is going to be on jet skies this year on the river waiting for DUI's. keep and eye out. They have a whole bunch of new officers.

oh i know. They were sweating us for 2 hours that day. Noone was arrested thank god. My boat was tied up in the middle so we just laid low until they left. Thanks for the warning though.

From what I have been told by some of the guys during training classes this is the big party of the year there. I bet the CHP like to hang out for the views more than the DUI's.
