Patience, patience, patience!Originally posted by G-MONEY View PostNever yell at the wife or girlfriend wile they are trying to put the boat on the trailer.
Ditto on that! Patience, patience, patience!Originally posted by spharis View PostGoing a little slow to the dock (or to the trailer) is better than going too fast. You can always bump in a little and steer some more. Can't steer in reverse, and popping into reverse to slow always gets you off track.
With these boats, slower is always better!I don't want to go to work, take me wake surfing instead!

Using the taps to save gas!
When the ballast tanks/bags are full and there are a bunch of people in the boat. Put the trim tab all of the way down before pulling up a rider. Once on plane trim the tab back up or to prefered setting. YOu get up on plane quicker and with a lot more ease and lower RPM's. I have gotten in the habit of doing this every time, and I have noticed a dramatic reduction in fuel usage.I don't want to go to work, take me wake surfing instead!

Yes, that does make a big difference when weighted down, also safer, keeps the bow rise down.Originally posted by scoot18 View PostUsing the taps to save gas!
