What would you guys do?

Have you tried driving the trailer in real deep to get the bunks wet and then pulling out a little to where you know you can safely unload?

If I trusted that the dealer would make it right, I would take the bling bling. And if that doesn't work out, I would say forget it, thanks for trying!

I have dunked it in deep and then tried and it doesn't seem to make much of a difference. Another challange I have is, the place I go to the most to launch has a relatively short ramp. I have to be careful not to back down too far or I risk putting the trailer wheels over the end of the ramp, but even by coming close to doing that It's still more than enough depth to get the boat to back over the starboard fender.

My only fear in the bling blind trailer is with the additional wheel height, that means I will have to back that much farther down the ramp to get the same water line on the boat. If backing a short ramp, I might not be able to get it in enough to back off the trailer.

Another worry is, I am not quite sure what color the blinged out trailer is. What if it's some goof kinda green or something. That will go great with my colors.

tell your dealer to hook you up with an extreme trailer. It seems to me to be the best trailer out there. my boat never rides up on the fenders, I can dunk the trailer as deep as needed with no problem even on shallow ramps.

Well, you are safe because they probably do not have a pink one.

Still, I am not joking. Take the bling bling trailer and see what you need to do. If you try it once and it doesn't work, then you still have your old trailer and the satisfaction that you tried. If you don't try, then you will away question if it could have worked.

One of the problems is that I am afraid to even attempt to unload again, now that I have it back on there. It ripped off once, the next time it will certainly come off even easier. If the blinged out trailer works good, I will see if they will get me one of those in red only with normal wheels, not those DUB's

I am hoping that the dealer forgets about you since you will not be calling them all the time. But, they will get the boat fixed and the trailer resolved it that trailer is sitting in their lot.

I could only imagine how frustrated I would be with my boat sitting on their lot 160 miles away, me paying for a boat that sits there and not in the water with my family enjoying it.

I just got done putting together an e-mail for Randy Omalia as recommended by chpthril. Hopefully that gains me some momentum and resolution in all of this stuff. Nothing like having some big guns go to work for you.

The height doesn't bother me, it just requires backing the boat into the water that much farther due to the trailer height. And the place that I like to go to has a relatively short ramp. And depending on the water level, if the water happened to be on the low side, I wouldn't even be able to get the boat in the water.

As far as the bling, the whole big wheels and low profile tires just does nothing for me. In the beginning of all of this I was looking for the nice boat, not a lot of fuss in the trailer. Granted I want it to be nice and co ordinate with the boat, but I didn't need the ghetto package as I explained it to my son. Just not for me.
