Yes. I snapped both of mine with big guys up front. I can add a couple of things to the list. The walk through latch needed to be spaced out it kept popping open.The motor cover latch had to be ground down as it was getting bent.Comment

Is it that the backing board is too thin and that snaps so they replace it with thicker board?Comment

The composite board that Tige uses is too thin or just not strong enough for the size opening that is there for storage. What they did to re-enforce my seat as a temp fix it cut out more composite board and put it on top of the crack and screwed it in to the old board. They cut it so it will lay down flat when the seat is in place.

I think Tige is just sending new seats. I think if there are enough problems with the composite board breaking they will have to re-enforce the seat. I love the size of the storage opening but the seat will need to be strengthened. Personally the way that MC makes one piece from and injected plastic mold is the ticket. Coach, I noticed yesterday that my hinge pin on my cabin seat is creeping out a little bit. How did you push it back in? The pin is really close to the seat base so there isnt much room to tap it in with a screwdriver or hammer.
Man I hope my seats dont break like that.Comment
