well im building a garage so ill need the height with tower collapsed and length of it on a trailer that doesnt have swing out tounge

just fyi,

If you can, and you said your building your garage, build it where you don't have to lower the tower everytime. It's a huge PITA and just nice to back in or pull out in go. Just IMO but it's worth a thought.

IMO, I totally agree. That way if you have painted the uprights, then you don't have to worry about the paint chipping of when you raise and lower the tower.

I thought I would have no problem always lowering it, but man it sucks! When you come back from a long day, it's the last thing you want to do.

Yeah, If possible make it tall enough. Although its not that much of a PITA, just kind of annoying, depends on what tower you have. I can put ours up or down singlehandedly in a minute.

you have the same boat, it's not easy, esp pulling all four bolts out! you must have a different tower.

Yeah your right, I do, I pull out to pins and it falls back. Little more difficult putting it up but i got it down now.
