Actually, if you eliminate Domz dormant period, you'd see that he's been averaging 50+ posts per day since the fall. We'll see if da.bell has the stamina to keep up over the long haul

I don't think I can. However, I do spend a lot of time on the internet because of work, home, and my school studies.Originally posted by dogbert View Post

No, in all actuality, I would like to know more about the test drive (I think Matt took). What size was the engine along with the prop that was used.
I think the 4 is 100-200 lbs heavier than the 24Ve, right?????

It had the HT360 and no ballast system. It handled very well at all speeds. I was really pleased with it's no wake speed maneuverability around the dock and ramp area. It didn't feel like a 24footer.
One downfall I noticed was the wake was very difficult to clean up at slower speeds (18-20mph). But once at 21mph there was a clean area from 55ft to 75ft back. The wake was also very sensitive to side to side weighting. I hope that this will be better when a ballast system is present. The surf wake was better than the RZ2. It didn't have as large of a second tier on it.
Overall very impressive.Last edited by turbonine; 04-20-2007, 10:34 PM.

Well, this could be a problem with people starting to learn how to wakeboard. 18-20 mph is about right for the beginner but that speed might not even be that accurate. However, you did say with ballast that it might improve. In time, it will be interesting to find out how much weight will be needed accomplish this.Originally posted by turbonine View PostOne downfall I noticed was the wake was very difficult to clean up at slower speeds (18-20mph). Anyway, for now, I think the boat looks very, very nice.
The boat Matt posted to WW is getting hammered because of the color scheme. I wonder who thought of that color scheme and why??????

Some one on here has a 24vé with the same colors....Put your hand on a hot stove for a minute, and it seems like an hour. Sit with a pretty girl for an hour, and it seems like a minute. THAT'S relativity. Albert Einstein

I'm not that fond of the colors it has. I like blue and yellow but I think it is the way the colors are put onto the boat. I guess I am not a fan of the paint scheme on that model either. But, I do like Coaches 2 and the Green Machine from another ex-Tige owner..... I wonder who that trader isOriginally posted by G-MONEY View PostI think it looks good.......
