I like anything fast, seems to make you a better boarder (in your head anyway). Right up until the face plant. I just bought my tower speakers so up until now I couldn't hear jack coming out of the boat but exhaust noise. I have Sirius now though so I shouldn't have to worry anymore.

No they shouldn't, I bought the Kicker KB600 enclosed speakers mainly because I liked the way they looked on the monster tower on thier website.

Those are for emergencies. So you can save your speakers in case of sinking.
