2007 22Ve Please Help Identify Piece

The pictured circular fiberglass piece lodged itself between the steering knuckle as it attaches to the top of Rudder, it prevented the rudder from turning right. The black knob also pictured is not as a great concern. The approximately 2 inch circular piece remains mysterious.

As always, appreciate any knowledge offered.

looks like a plug from a holesaw cut. Probably been floating around under the tank/engine for years and just finally found it's way all the way back there.

I believe it's just a left over piece from someone using a hole saw.

The black knob is from your tower speakers or your bimini cover. It's missing the threaded bolt that sticks out.

I think the black knob may be for the top engine cover?

I think you are correct! I have a wing nut. Not sure how that came to be however the knob shall be returned to the air cleaner!

                  Thank you...
