    I want this.

on topic of wave, i do wonder how locked in it really is? i mean sometimes i like to tinker with the wave esp when we break out the longboard. assume still some level of flexibility like taps3?

As elevated said, you will only notice a slight difference in the wave. It is mainly just function. Look at all the threads on this forum about people asking for help on what #s to put TAPS and Surf plates on. With the new Go system, that will basically go away. Good, consistent wave every time. Less susceptible to weight changes in the boat. Maybe not a huge deal for people here since we are mostly all owners and have our boats dialed in, but speaking from personal experience. Trying to describe TAPS3 to a first time surf boat buyer (or first time boat buyer period) could be challenging to say the least.

Of course they COULD be retro'd, but really doubt the parts to do so will be made readily available.

MC threatened legal action to Tige for the use of a number after the letter "X". Its a change, but it'll catch on quick. They will "rebrand" the call out across the ZX and RZX lines. It'll be just fine....

I also wish they would discover the other 23 letters in the alphabet. Maybe they are still gun shy since the ASR??

Johnnie, this is probably a rumor but I heard something about MasterCraft claiming they own The letter X with numbers after it(X24, X46 etc). If that is the case it would explain why this ended up the 23ZX instead of a ZX3. I am looking forward to our first load of 2020s coming shortly. Thinking the R23 needs a lake test

EDIT, dang, safety beat me to it.

I believe they didn’t go with ZX3 due to MC making a stink about the names being so similar to theirs.

Haha thats what I am afraid of. Was hoping I wouldn’t want to upgrade so soon, but with a 3rd child on the way, why not go a little bigger? At least that’s some of the reasoning I’ll use if I decide to lol.

You will see a slight diff in wave shape, but really its functionality.

The 20s have some neat stuff that you guys will see that goes beyond the software. The new Tower switch location, the keyless ignition just to name a few. Really really neat stuff on the way.

Been a long time coming, sucks I have had to keep my mouth shut. Its a great system and I think everyone will be beyond pleased.

As for the system. Yes the system will be on all 2020s. We have a few Rs in Utah that have the system and its lights out.

Get by your dealer and check them out.

Dang, sounds pretty killer, especially after dealing with my actuators failing, and just counting trips until it happens again. Hopefully there will be a way to retrofit them on to older boats by then.

Specs and info are up on Tige.com

I'm one of the lucky few that have been in this boat, it performs amazing. The new Go-Surf system is super easy to use which will make dialing in your wave simple.

A lot of new upgrades and options coming as well, but I won't spill all the beans!
