z3 sticker removal and where to get 2018 emblems

I want to update the look of my 2015 z3. Getting rid of the paint splat z3 stickers. I want to put on the emblems like the 2018s have. Couple of questions:

1. Are those stickers hard to remove? I’m thinking heat gun but don’t want to mess up the gel coat.

2. Where can I get the Z3 emblems that go in front of drain holes? Dealer or Tige direct? See pic below
