Upgrades for stock 2000 22i

I'm buying this boat that appears to be stock. What, if anything, would you do to it?

Lots of things. First things first, tower. The factory tower is atrocious. It’s a borderline death trap. Replace it before it breaks and stabs somebody in the head. Money spent on a nice tower is worth every penny. I’ve got over 4K into my tower and would do it again in a heartbeat. Second would be an FAE. Again, worth every penny and then some. With a D-drive in particular, the exhaust fumes are bad. Third thing I would do is a GPS speed control. Get rid of the AirGuides. They are worthless. Actually they are not. You can sell the gauges and pito tubes on eBay quite easily. Ballast system after that. There hasn’t been anyone to take their ballast system to quite the extreme I have (so far as I know) but, it’s been absolutely worth all the time and effort I put into it. I’m going to build some slappers for mine here real soon, just not exactly sure when. From there it’s just little things. Stereo, stainless cup holders, what not.

Oh ya! Like Mike said, prop. ACME 911 is absolutely kickass on my boat.

I would add Perfect Pass, Fresh air exhaust and probably a new ACME prop, if you plan on surfing behind it.
What water sports are you planning on doing behind the boat?

I plan to surf, ski and wake. It does have these upgrades:

New Acme 525 Propeller for better low end torque and wake for surf
New Indy Tower with Side Bars
Two new wakeboard racks
