Tige’ owner unable to sign up

Hey Tige’ Owners! I’ve got a buddy who is a fellow Tige’ owner who isn’t able to create an account to join the forum. He’s good with tech so I’m confused as to why he can’t join. Has anyone else had or heard of issues joining. I tried to PM Matt but his box is full. He’s the only administrator I know of.

Years ago when I signed up I went through same issues. I ended up emailing jean wagner at factory and she got into contact with Matt for me and he sent me a link to login. Seems to be a random issue. If I recall I tried reaching out to matt also back then and never heard back so I'd start with Jean or someone at factory in customer service they will get you to the right place.
