Tige well represented at Grand Lake, CO for 4th

There were a ton of Tiges out on Shadow MTN and Grand Lake for the 4th. BTW...absolutely incredible fireworks show if you get the chance. Parked about 150-200 feet from the barge and took in the spectacle. Took my buddies pontoon but will definitely bring the Z3 next year

Yeah...I have to say that being on the water on Grand Lake, CO for the 4th is a must do, bucket list thing. Being that close to the action and listening to the booming echo's across from the mountain walls on 3 out of 4 sides defies description. Seriously, there were times when almost the entire sky was a firework. Definitely going back next year....weather permitting of course. Don't really want to be stuck on a lake at ~8400 feet during some sort of weather "event"

Here is the beta in case anyone is interested in future years:

        1) Camp at Green Ridge campground on Mountain Shadow lake. Great boat ramp. Densely packed or course, but not really going there for the camping. Rather, camping to go there. Shadow MTN Lake is connected to grand lake via a small canal with about a 10-11 foot wide slot you have to drive through.

        2) Water is cold. Bring wetsuit even in July if the least bit cold sensitive. Remember, this lake is ~8400 fee up

        3) Bring a high altitude prop if you have one (~8400 feet)

        4) Bring a sleeping bag for watching the fireworks...esp for kids and what not. The are pretty much going off right over your head so the more horizontal you are the better.

Anyways, Shadow MTN and Grand Lake are simply incredible. A bit cold, but incredible.

Awesome pics bakes. If the 4th wasn't on a Tuesday we would've been there too. The tige said water was 65 on granby. Can't imagine much difference between he two(three) lakes
