    Germaine Marine, Mesa AZ

    It seems to me that far too often we hear of negative dealership experiences and rarely the positive. Perhaps my perception is off, but it's what I have observed. With that said, please allow me to share my experience over this past weekend;

    I have not been pleased with the direction of our local dealership. I will just leave it at that. I shared my sentiments with elevatedconcepts and he recommended Germaine Marine. I am due for our 150 hour service, so I arranged a drop off with Germaine in Mesa, AZ (5 hours away, but totally willing to for a better experience). Bill from the Service Department in Mesa came in on a Sunday just to receive our boat, and had all of the paper work ready to go before we even arrived. A drop off, a walk through of our concerns, a signature, and we were out of there. If every customer interaction is this positive at Germaine in Mesa, they might just have a customer for life.

    Thanks elevatedconcepts and Bill at Germaine Marine!

    That's good to hear. People are more than willing to go on and on about how bad something went and very rarely do they ever talk about the positive. We purchased a surf system through them and even just dealing with them over the phone was great, I could immediately tell I would trust them with my boat.

      Sounds like they get it. Thanks for posting!

        I can back this up with first hand experience, Bill has always done a great job with service and going out of his way to help. He has even been available by cell phone on the weekends at times. Aaron has worked there in sales for years which honestly says a lot to me, too often I see people whose salesman has moved on before the boat is ready for its first service.

          I will throw my 2 cents in about Germaine Mesa.

          I just purchased a used 16 Tige Z3 from them last weekend. I literally bought the boat from 4 pictures and the word of the dealership that the boat is everything and more than I am expecting. When I arrived with my trade in boat, they promptly took care of my old boat. They walked me over to the new boat that at that moment had 5 guys waxing, buffing, washing, scrubbing the boat in the excess 100 degree weather. I was asked to come inside and all my paperwork was ready, organized, and very clear. Took 10 minutes!!! Noah (owner of Germaine) personally escorted us to the lake for a lake test. The lake test was flawless, answered all my questions, showed me everything I need to know and even got a quick surf in. Trailered the boat and back to the dealer. Ensured that the boat was everything I hoped for and outfitted us with some awesome free tige/Germaine swag.

          I had a minor issue the following day on the lake, and was given clear instructions and Bill in service is personally solving my issue well beyond my expectations.

          Without elevatedconcepts this forum, and friends made here I would have never made this purchase nor considered moving away from my local dealer. I hope Germaine, their staff, Elevated understand how appreciated they are.

              Good to hear there are still some good ones out there! Too bad that's a 13 hour drive. On the bright side it sounds like a good excuse to go to Apache lake!

                  My buddy is in Tuscon and keeps asking me to come out to Apache. I may make the trip one day, I will be sure to post the road trip notification/date/time and all you AZ Owners can give me the lay of the land out there.

                    I will be honest, the road to the lake is rough in some spots, but it keeps a lot of "riff-raff" and PWC from making the drive. That makes the lake much less busy than the lakes in/closer to Phoenix, when driving from Tucson an additional 40 minutes is not too bad, where that can more than double the commute time for those in Phoenix.

                      ^Bingo! It's one of my favorite lakes I've been too without a doubt. Lots of shelter from the wind and lots of shade in the brush/trees along the beaches. Coming in from the east by Roosevelt reservoir side is much more manageable but is obviously further drive from the Phoenix area. I gotta try to get down there again this year, maybe August or September.

                        Not to mention, the views at the lake are amazing! We are heading up around noon tomorrow for the weekend.

I hear the lake is amazing, but due to the fact that the road is not the best, I guess I'm one of those riff raffs (lol). Lol, I assume you have sat "in line" for Saguaro or Canyon at least once in your 20 years wondering why it's necessary for people to get too drunk to stand in a parking lot and then go out on a boat. That would be he riff raff I speak of

                            We just got back from there about 20 min ago. Spent 2 days on the water until sunset stopping for about an hour to eat lunch and then were on the water until 2:00 today. I have been on that road so many times in the last 40 years that it doesn't even bother me anymore. I hate the drive past Canyon through the bumper to bumper cars parked on the sides of the road more.
