Giving a shout out to Tige for a quick response to an issue. My exhaust thruhull started leaking and asking about products to reseal here on the forum i got mixed opinions on what to use.
So i called Tige and was transfered to Tech support where i left Justin a voice mail. He returned my call in less than 30 minutes and we discussed what they use. Just to make sure of the correct product he said he would go out to the shop line just to make sure and would call back. 5 minutes or less later he called and told me what they use. Boat Seal.
I was very impressed with the speed and attention that was given to this question. Two thumbs up to them.
I hope others have had the same response when calling.
