The wife is holding fast to her decision on the new boat - "No." 
I have a 2014 Regal 1900ES that we bought new that's still under factory warranty until 2019. I'll likely lose $8K on the Regal, if I trade or sell it. Granted, the taxes on the new boat would be off-set, but getting into a $400 payment for another boat is rubbing her wrong. We paid off the Regal early last year. We have no car payments either. We can easily afford the boat, but she just doesn't want a payment, other than mortgage. The leftover 2016 R20 my local dealer has is only priced at $58,500, which is a great price. !#$^!#$%!!!!
